  7. It's hard to beat Chris Van Allsburg's, The Polar Express. A classic Christmas story with detailed illustrations. I love the book, especially the scene where the boy opens his gift to find the silver bell.

I loved when my siblings and I went to bed on Christmas Eve when we were younger and heard the reindeer hooves on the roof and their bells <3 My parents and grandparents went the extra mile to spark our imagination :) Also, I accidentally put the wrong link for following on email (capellecolleen@gmail.com)

  21. I have a couple but i'll post Its a wonderful life, why' because I think we all forget what the true meaning of Christmas , but I love knowing that , We can always find our way back..
    The Polar Express, because this one brings out the little girl in me, wanting to see Santa in that red suit and being on an adventure LOLL.

  24. One of my favorite Christmas stories is Beasley's Christmas Party by Booth Tarkington, published in 1909. I found it when we were cleaning out my Great Grandparent's house. It's a unique but very Christmasy read.

  32. A Christmas Story, I love the book and the movie :) My parents grew up during the time this story takes place and I can imagine this story happening to either one of my parents as children :)

    always watched Sissi on tv. I associate Sissi with Christmas.
    Later on with my own girls we watch Home Alone!

  41. My favorite Christmas story is "How The Grinch Stole Christmas". I like it so much that I know almost all of the beginning by heart! I also like it because the Grinch is not so mean at the end and his heart is so big!
