  11. I am a coffee drinker for the most part but I really like a cup of tea when reading. I don't know why, I just always have, even as a teen. Maybe that is it, I read as a teen and I drank tea but not coffee yet, so habit.

  18. I normally grab a mug of tea and a bottle of water so I can settle in. I often have a bag of mints or sweets to hand if I fancy it.

  19. I always have a big mug of tea by my side while readin. As far as snacks go I rather eat between chapters, so I don't get any sticky fingerprints onto the pages.

    1. It's easy to handle with one hand, while the other hand hold the book. Soft snack is better because the crunchy one is noisy in the ear sometimes it disturbs the focus on reading 🙂

    I don't tend to eat or drink when reading as I am usually too engrossed in my book

  35. I don't eat while reading as I like hard copy books and don't want to get sticky fingers on the pages. I enjoy a glass of wine if I am reading in the evening.

  36. I love reading historical novels with a Earl Grey tea. But a glass of wine and some mints for the rest. Work on the theory that I don't mind Earl Grey tea cold (shock, horror) and that mints are the least messy food to be eating when you are reading. Might just be me though.
