Today is a day of celebration for me because it's my birthday. Becoming a year older at the end of the year is also a reason for me to look back on my blessings.
Suze and I have been best friends for a very long time. I was very excited to begin a new journey together when we started With Love For Books on the 1st of January this year. I love our daily chats about the blog and about the books we are reading. Suze had already way more experience with running a blog and she taught me so much. I feel honored and blessed that she was willing to taking this chance with me. I have met many wonderful people and have discovered plenty of new authors that I would have missed if it wouldn't have been for With Love For Books.
I also became a mom again. I already have a 3 year old son and this year my little family was completed with the birth of our daughter. Both of them are gorgeous, healthy and happy and that's all I could ever wish for.
My boyfriend surprised me with a proposal, so I'll be a bride next year. I never thought that would happen this year, but to my surprise it did. Suze has done me the honor of agreeing to be my maid of honor on my special day. We already have a lot of the day planned and I'm looking forward to be a bride. Our rings say: Semper Familia which means Family Forever and that's exactly what marriage feels like to me.
Having a job in the world of finance also means insecure times. Luckily my whole team and I survived the reorganization we had this year. I'm very happy with the work that I'm doing and I'm over the moon that we all got to keep our jobs.
I'm hoping that the coming year will be a blessed one for us all again. I would like to thank our followers and I hope to be 'seeing' you again in 2017.
