  15. I actually got 6 big boxes of books from a freecycle site a few years ago from which I kept about half & passed the rest on. With those plus books received as gifts or prizes and a few I have bought (mostly either classics which I have been wanting to read for years or as a result of seeing films) I have more books waiting to be read than I have chances to read atm

I get the majority of my books from my library's app where I cand download audio books and regular books...and where you can tell it which device you want to read/listen to it from.

I search on Amazon under the genre I fancy, I look at their recommendations and similar authors to who I'm reading, I wander round bookshops and charity shop shelves, and I obviously use the local library! I do get a lot of books from the library, but also from Amazon and bookshops when I can xx

  28. I follow my favourite authors either on Goodreads, Facebook and/or via email plus Amazon kindly let me know when an author I've bought from before has a new book out. I also get offered free ebooks from various authors (usually the first book in a series) and that is a good way to try out new authors. I got a freebie from Debra Dunbar (Imp paranormal series) and as a result I've now bought all the books in the series and am impatiently awaiting the next instalment. I buy almost all my books and ebooks from Amazon - they can rarely be beaten on price, have a massive selection of authors and the service is phenomenal.   34. I read book descriptions on different sites and book reviews. I get my books from stores when I'm out shopping. I also order them from Amazon or the Book Depository. It just depends on the price, how badly I want to read any certain book and if I have any gift cards :)

  123. member of various book groups on FB so I see what everyone else is reading and then look out for them as well. I also have a few favourite authors and sometimes you get other authors recommended for "fans of". My main "resource" would be the library - I think one day I'll just grab the first 12 I find and take them home. But love charity shops and car boot sales. Very lucky I volunteer for a charity that gets books donated quite a lot, so they leave them for me to look through before putting them out on sale, I've found a few new authors that way.

  126. I like to read reviews on-line and to visit book shops. When I worked in London, I used to visit the Oxfam bookshop in Marylebone High St. It gets all the books that have been reviewed on BBC Radio 4 and Radio London, so is a great source for all sorts of interesting books.
