  5. Ok picking just one is tough, but the Lily Bard Shakespeare Series by Charlaine Harris is certainly among my all-time favs - great storytelling, amazing heroine and some mysteries to be solved make a fantastic mix!

  12. Hmm, what a difficult question to answer Lord of the Rings is up there as is Harry Potter and the Jack Reacher series and I love the Wallander series by Henning Mankell too.

  17. My favorite book series is from J.D. Davies who has written sequels to "Gentleman Captain": Unlike other nautical writers, Davies is kind enough to explain all the Jargon so you don't get confused.

  30. I really enjoyed the Southern Vampire Series by Charlaine Harris. I found it right after I had major surgery and was stuck sitting around for a month. There were already quite a few written so i was able to binge read and it was before the show so it was new.

  41. Gaslight Mystery Series by Victoria Thompson are one of my favourite series of books. I love murder mysteries anyway but these have the added storyline of the hero and heroine's relationship that makes them even more interesting than a simple whodunnit.

  51. Was to be Harry Potter as they are so magical and wonder where she got her ideas from for the wonderful creatures she uses in the books. Also love the Hunter/Garcia series written by Chris Carter (but not really sure they are a "proper" series, if you get my meaning). :) Wonderful prize.
