There are so many but the first one that comes to mind is The Sky is Everywhere by Jandy Nelson. It's a heart-wrenching tale of grief, love and forgiveness that will make you laugh and cry. Beautifully written and manages to be funny, heartbreaking and joyful all at once. This is not another teenage girly romance book - it's poetry in it's most beautiful form.
The Harry Potter books are my favorite YA books, because of the complex characters and fantastic world building.
There are so many, but if I had to pick one that I've read in recent years that I always think about and go back to its The Hunger Games. I borrowed the trilogy from a friend not expecting much and ended up binging the entire series in just under a week. I couldn't eat, sleep, or pay attention in class I was that enthralled in the world and the characters. The world was insane and well developed, I loved Katniss, and though I didn't care for the romance I appreciated both Gale and Peta.
My all time favourite would have to be Clockwork Princess because it was a wonderful series, but the ending just killed me. Thanks for the giveaway :)
My favorite young adult series is the Harry Potter series. They have engaging characters, are extremely well written, and are very enjoyable.
Gotta say Twilight. Its the first YA book that I read and it got me hooked on the genre

I loved Lady Midnight. It was thrilling, gripping, had amazing characters and writing, and was just overall unputdownable.
Hard to pick an absolute favorite, but one I love is Fangirl by Rainbow Rowell because I relate so much to Cath, the main character.

There are so many amazing ones, but Flawed was probably the book I just couldn't put down for a second.

The Outsiders is a favourite from school days. I still remember Ponyboy - had a bit of a fictional crush maybe.
I like the Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children and the sequels. I like how the children all have different oddities but they use them to their advantage :)

My favorite is "The Lunar Chronicles" series by Marissa Meyer because the plot and the characters are fantastic. Thanks for the great giveaway! (Valentina B. - on the raffle)
Rival by Penelope Douglas because it contains a lot of angst and I love that.
