Beth and her son Leo are happy in Willow Cottage, but Beth doesn't know how long they'll be safe there. Beth's neighbor Jack has become a good friend and Leo loves spending time with him and his dog. Life is great until something tragic happens, will Beth and Leo be okay? Will their past eventually catch up with them or are they well protected at Willow Cottage?
Carly is Beth's best friend. She loves her boyfriend Fergus very much. Fergus is deaf and this got him in some trouble. Carly is worried sick about him, will he be all right? Carly hopes her biggest wish will eventually come true, but nothing is certain in her life at the moment. Will she and Beth find the happiness they deserve or is more trouble bound to come their way?
Willow Cottage is a unique place. Beth has a lot of work to do to make it habitable and there's much she still has to learn, but every day is an adventure and Leo loves it. They have a home, a place where they can be themselves. However, there's a chance they have to leave and my heart ached for them. Carly and Fergus are going through a tough time and after finishing the third part of the series I couldn't wait to find out what would happen to them. Part four of the Willow Cottage series starts with a gripping scene and I couldn't turn the pages fast enough to finally find out more about the problems Beth and Carly are having to deal with. They have each other and their connection makes this story extra sweet. They have a wonderful warm friendship and I had fun reading about their lives. They're amazing main characters and it's because of them that I like this series so much.
Bella Osborne has chosen a charming romantic setting for her story and I fell in love with Willow Cottage as soon as I first read about it. It's a beautiful place and its healing effect is really special. The final part of the Willow Cottage series is as fabulous as the first three novellas and I will definitely miss this series. It has a fantastic ending and I had a big smile on my face when I read it. I highly recommend these lovely entertaining stories. They're uplifting, heartwarming and endearing, which makes them perfect feel-good reading material.
If you love romantic stories about beautiful cottages, wonderful friendship and handsome men you will definitely like the Willow Cottage series.
