Book Review - There's Not One by Jennifer Higgie

Amazon USA Amazon UK Goodreads

Review by Anniek

There's Not One is a book about uniqueness in the world. Jennifer Higgie is an art expert and this is visible when you look at the stunning pictures in There's Not One. Every page gives parents something to talk about with their children. It will increase their skills in counting and in recognizing shapes and colors.

There's Not One also makes room for talking about the different seasons of the year. The pictures support the things you'd like to teach your children. The designs are spot on and they are incredibly attractive for them. Jennifer Higgie works with beautiful bright colors. My son felt instantly drawn to the gorgeous drawings and chooses this book a lot when we are sitting down to read together.

Advice

There's Not One is a fabulous children's book which teaches us that we're all unique. I highly recommend this book with its vivid colors and wonderful message.

  5. Thank you for this review. My youngest grandson loves sitting and either being read to or sharing and asking questions about what he sees on the pages.

  10. After reading your review, I went over to Amazon to check this book out. Sadly they had no information but your review! I kind of think this book is geared towards children in the 3 to 6 year old range, which is perfect for my cousins' grandkids. I'll be passing this info on to them. Thanks for a great review!
