  1. I like dystopian YA books such as Divergent, Hunger Games, Maze Runner, Matched, Uglies, Legend, Delirium etc because they're written well and depict people we can relate to. I'm fascinated by the terrible things these characters face, and by how some react bravely and some react cowardly or with resignation. I'm compelled to turn the pages as I wonder if these people can somehow remake a wretched society into something more positive and who will live and who will die trying.

  16. I like YA Dystopian and Apocalyptic stories. I've always enjoyed group dynamics and like to read about who steps up and who fails in dire situations.
