  4. Mine is "Sleeping Beauty", because a) she had the prettiest dress from all the princesses in my fairytale book when I was a child and b) I always liked sleeping too. :-D

  10. Beauty and the Beast - I love the character of Belle and it also shows you don't have to be beautiful/handsome for someone to fall in love with you.

  14. When I was a little girl, my favorite fairy tale was always The Little Mermaid (the Disney version obviously since Ariel got her happy ending). As I got older, I found that I fell more and more in love with Beauty and the Beast. It shows that you fall in love with what's on the inside. Of course, it might have just been the ginormous and lovely library that I also fell in love with too! ;)

  17. My favorite fairytale is Cinderella. I remember watching Lesley Ann Warren as Cinderella when I was a little girl and thought she was the most beautiful woman ever!

  18. There are so many fairy tales, legends & myths that it's really hard to choose but one of my favourites is the story of The Children Of Lir, an Irish folk tale https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Children_of_Lir It's so sad!

  21. My favourite fairy tale is Beauty and the Beast! <3 It shows that you shouldn't judge someone by his/ hers appearance because the inner beauty is all that matters. Moreover, your self-sacrifice for the good of a loved one is the ultimate proof of true love!

  41. The lion,the witch and the wardrobe because whats not to like...it has talking animals,a portal to a mystic land in the shape of a wardrobe and an evil Snow queen!Maybe not your everday Disney type fairy tale but by far a superior one x

  56. My favourite as a kid was Hansel and Gretal showing the something's look nice on the outside may not be so nice on the inside but in the end the kids win. It was also the first story I remember reading as I was brought a Hans Christian book of stories by my grandparents

  65. These are adorable! Thanks for the chance to win. :D My favorite fairy tale is probably the one about the tailor and the shoemaker who travel to the city for more work. It shows that it's important to be kind to others because you never know when you might need kindness yourself.
