  2. Depends on how much I know about the book. If it comes highly recommended, I'm not as concerned. If I'm not familiar with it, I'll look at the ratings.

  3. Yes I do, that doesn't mean I'll always agree but I do like to get an idea of the book especially if I'm not familiar with the author.

  4. I sometimes look at the ratings, and I sometimes read the reviews. The most important thing is to be able to read the opening of the book to see if the author is a good writer.

  5. The book is very important its gives source of meaning, history, details and information as well to know more about great ideas also to enhance the communication skills.

  14. i do if it's a new series or author i don't know yet but i will base my decision on my favourite blogger opinion so it doesn't matter if some of the review aren't good if it doesn't come from qsomeone i trust

    However, if the books shows a LOT of negative ratings I might pass it over

  17. I don't read book reviews before I buy, I just tend to buy books that are in the genres I enjoy reading. However if I am buying other items from Amazon, such as electrical items then I always try to read the reviews.Thanks for running this giveaway :)

  25. I rely a lot on Goodreads rating: I don't have much money to spend for me, so I have to be certain about the most important characteristics that all my books must have to be enjoyable :3

  26. If I am not familiar with the author, I check the ratings and reviews on Amazon and Goodreads. I also like reading a sample from the book on Amazon.

  29. On books I usually buy them if I want them, but if I am buying a desk or something non-book like I will definitely read the reviews.. especially electronics, and companies I am not sure about.

  33. If it's a go-to author, I ignore the ratings but if the author is new but the blurb sounds good, I'll take a chance at the ratings but not the reviews because I don't want it completely influencing my decision

  50. I look at them all the time although unfortunately nowadays a lot of them are a little like 'fake news' and just made up...so you get to remember the names of the one's you tend to trust ;)

  52. I only look at ratings and reviews if I'm on the fence about something. If it's something I know I want, I don't bother. Trouble with relying on other peoples' reviews is, just because someone didn't like a book, doesn't mean I won't, and vice versa.

  58. No, because not everyone likes the same thing. I would rather make up my own mind. Some books I have loved that others haven't enjoyed and vice versa. Down to personal preference really. :)

  59. I am weak when it comes to reviews. I always like reading them, and sometimes I even get mad at myself bc sometimes that way I spoil myself. But I do love reading (and writing) them, and when it comes to average rating, it plays a big part when I purchase book. If it's bellow 3,5 I probably won't buy myself a copy.
