  3. I dont mind. Sometimes when I am on holiday, I like short books or stories but at other times I prefer long books. So I buy both short books and long books so I can pick and choose. I buy books after readin reviews then decide to read then how ans when I want.

  10. I appreciate how hard it is to write a short story so I enjoy them. But I also enjoy long books so the characters can be developed and I form stronger connections to them. Care more about what happens to them.

  20. I like long and short books, though my perfect length is usually around 300 pages, so as its not too long or short and you can get a good plot and feel for the characters. Lovely giveaway thank you.

  32. I love long books! I adore character-driven fiction, and longer books are able to explore characterisation and the varying relationships between each character. I do enjoy reading shorter pieces as well, but longer books are always my favourite.

  35. I don't mind, as long as the story is entertaining. It's annoying when you get a long book which makes you want to say "hurry up" halfway through, but equally annoying when a good book is very short. :) Hope that makes sense.

  44. It depends on the book. I read everything from 20-page short stories to 1000-page epic novels.
    Some stories need to be longer. Others only require a few pages to be told effectively.
