  1. I usually pick YA when I want to read something lighter, so I think that's it. Besides the most obvious reasons, of course, like plot, characters, etc.

  11. I think the things that got me addicted about YA books is how relatable they are, and how all the books have different writing styles but are still easy to comprehend. :)

  12. I like reading YA because it takes me out of my everyday life. Too much adulting = me very cranky. I'm getting into MG so I can talk to my nephew about books. Also getting back into children's books for my granddaughter and other nephew and niece.

  19. TBH, I don't even know what is it that I like about them, but they often pull me in like no other genre, they are often fast-paced and even though I am an adult, I find myself connecting with their characters sometimes on a bigger level then with characters from adult novels.
    I guess the child in me comes out when I read ya genre.

  29. Wow, this is an incredible giveaway! I love children's books because even as an adult they feel so relatable and real even when they're very imaginative and wondrous. And I fell in love with reading when I was a child and so there is the sense of nostalgia too.

  77. I like that the books, eventhough they are intended for a specific age group can be read by anyone, no matter how old your are. I love that the books in YA literature are getting more diverse, that they are often dealing with important topics and that there is a niche for everyone.
