Love Me Never by Sara Wolf

Isis has been through a lot. She's never going to fall in love again. The last time it happened it didn't end well. She's now going to a new school and has the chance to start over. She's lost plenty of weight, has purple streaks in her hair and she says what's on her mind. When she meets Jack he immediately irritates her and she has no problem letting him now. Jack is good-looking and he knows it. He's unfriendly and arrogant. He's also intelligent and it looks like Isis has met her match. They will keep battling each other until one of them wins.

Love Me Never is a fast-paced whirlwind. Isis has a great sense of humor and she isn't afraid to speak her mind. She says whatever she's thinking out loud. I loved that about her. She's insecure about her looks and there's a good reason for it, reading about it broke my heart. She's strong though and she takes care of the people she loves. She fights for them with everything she can give. She's wonderfully strange. Jack might seem cold and calculated, but he also cares. He doesn't show it though. Everyone wants to be with him, but he keeps his distance. He has a secret life nobody knows anything about. I liked the mystery and couldn't wait to find out more about his history.

I love Sara Wolf's writing style. It's like being in a rollercoaster that you don't want to step out of ever again. Her story is fabulously weird and I enjoyed it very much. Love Me Never is controlled chaos mixed with many surprising moments. I can't wait to read the next book of this series. The ending of Love Me Never is definitely promising. I like Jack and Isis, they're fantastic main characters with fascinating personalities. Everything about this book is just right. It's different, it's entertaining, it's intriguing and it has several layers of depth as well. I highly recommend this amazing story.
